On The Road Again: Touring The USA On A Moto Guzzi Breva 
You are not far from Mount Evans. Over 14,000′ and paved road all the way but it is a National Park so there is an entry fee. Still, about as high as you can get in them parts.
West of Golden and south of I 70. Maps show it off Co 103 and via Indian Hot Springs.
